The hotel has a unique charm with its eclectic decor, and the staff really made me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and I encountered some serious issues with maintenance that affected my stay. The location was convenient for getting around, but I can't overlook the unsanitary conditions and poor service I experienced.

Our stay at Graduate Athens was truly wonderful! The hotel has a delightful vibe, blending modern and retro styles, making it a unique experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, treating us like family. The only downside was a slight lack of dining options at the restaurant, but the coffee shop more than made up for it with its delicious offerings.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the hotel has a charming decor and a cozy vibe, my room had a musty smell that was quite off-putting. The location was excellent for getting around downtown, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired and I had issues with the shower amenities.

I preferred to get my coffee from the on-site coffee shop instead of using the room's Keurig, as the Americano there was much better.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The hotel was nothing like I expected; it felt more like an old roadside motel. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the amenities were lacking. While the staff was friendly, it didn't make up for the overall condition of the place. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and the unique arcade game in the room was a fun touch. However, the check-in was confusing, and the restaurant was a letdown. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The presence of a full-size arcade game in the room was a unique feature but didn't outweigh the negatives.

I had a wonderful stay at Graduate Athens! The hotel exudes charm and offers warm hospitality. The rooms are immaculate and have unique UGA touches, which I loved. However, there were a few minor hiccups, like a closed kitchen during late hours and some maintenance issues. Overall, the ambiance and friendly service made it a delightful experience, and I can't wait to return.
